DONTRE (12/17/14) Milwaukee County Sherrif's deputies block the freeway entrance ramp as the group tried to block the road. Protesters will gather and march at 4 p.m. Friday at Red Arrow. They are heading to the Public Safety Building. Organizers are billing this as a large march that "will leave promptly" to demand that Chisholm make a decision now on the charging the officer who shot and killed Dontre Hamlton.
